EASTER SPICY ROAST OF LAMB TROTTERS
The piece of lamb was marinated in spicy oil during a few days then braised for a long time to be soft and tender.
Finally baked in the oven with honey and beer until auburn, that’s why its outside and the scent became very attractive.
We offer saffron flavoured mashed potato, garlic confit and spicy sauce to it.
