BURGUNDY BEEF STEW – ‘BOEUF BOURGUIGNON’ (LF)
One of the real home-made traditional french dishes. Braised in old iron pot, in red wine, with fresh herbs, mushroom, bacon, small onions, carrots and bellinis. Served with bacon seasoned Hungarian gnocchi.

BEEF TENDERLOIN BUDAPEST STYLE (LF, GF)
The grilled slices of sirloin are accompanied by a ragout of onion, green pepper, mushroom, goose liver and green peas. Served with steamed rice and French fries. This home-made traditional Hungarian dish was first prepared for the World Exhibition in Brussels, in 1958.

Well tenderised tenderloin from Argentina seasoned with mustard and quick-fried, hen piled with crispy onions. Served with fried potatoes.

Pork ribs dipped in a mixture of grated potato, flour, egg and a hint of garlic, finally quick-fried until golden. Served with a dash of sour cream, a sprinkling of grated cheese

STUFFED LEG OF CHICKEN
The leg of chicken was stuffed with an egg – champignon mushroom – goose liver, roll bread, parsley seasoned light filling, then baked in oven until crispy. Served with ‘rizi-bizi’- rice with steamed green peas.
