We also prepare special dishes, which can be found on the daily offer, it is worth to taste and the variety feels really good.

‘PALÓC’ soup
A traditional Northern Hungarian soup of boiled meat (veal), green beans, potatoes and sour cream.

…just like everyone’s Hungarian grandma used to make with traditional Hungarian fried potato dough.

MAIN COURSES:

MILANESE BREADED CHICKEN BREAST FILLED WITH HAM AND CHEESE
(Maiden name – Polpetti 😊 )
The breast of chicken is filled with ham and cheese, rolled in grated cheese seasoned breadcrumbs and finally quick fried. As a company we offer spaghetti with tomato sauce.

OVEN BAKED CRISPY DUCK (LF, GF)
Served with steamed red cabbage, in red wine stewed prune, stewed spicy quince and sautéed potatoes mashed up onion to it.

TRADITIONAL CABBAGE CASSEROLE FROM TRANSYLVANIA (GF)
Our cooks prepare this traditional dish with good sour cabbage from Vecsés,
pork stew rice and a lot of sour cream.

HUNGARIAN POTATO DISH (LF)
Prepared by our excellent chefs with fine chopped onion from Makó and red pepper finally, well toasted in a pan. We offer freshly grounded black pepper to it.

TROUT GRILLED FROM TAPOLCA (GF)
The fresh, whole trout is grilled until golden and crispy, in a lemon-almond butter. Served with vegetables braised in butter and saffron parfumed mashed potatoes.

CRISPY KING PRAWNS FRIED IN PANKO CRUMBS (10 pieces, LF)
We serve this light dish with saffron seasoned rice, fresh salad, and sweet chili sauce.

OVEN BAKED KNUCKLE (GF)
A man-sized, quiveringly tender slice of smoked pork knuckle served in a small, red casserole, with potato slices, covered with sour cream lightly flavoured with garlic and red pepper then finally baked in the oven. It’s a real Hungarian speciality.

STEAK AND ONION (LF)
Well tenderised rip-eye (180 gr) from Argentina seasoned  with mustard and quick-fried, then piled with crispy onions. Served with fried potatoes.

PICANHA – GRILLED RUMP STEAK FROM ARGENTINA
Served with garlic and rosemary seasoned buttered baked potato and „chimchurri” sauce, it means an Argentin sauce that goes well with beef dishes. Chimichurri is prepared with fresh berbs like parsley, coriander, garlic, purple onion, lime, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
For 2-4 people: between 1,40 kg – 1,70 kg:

MÉDALLIONS OF VENISON WITH CRANBERRY, BOLETUS SAUCE
The médallions of soft and tender venison are grilled then served with a piquant sauce of dried cranberry-boletus-thyme and home-made potato balls.

STUFFED TURKEY BREAST AUNT ‘TERCSI’ STYLE
Marinated in milk, then stuffed with apple, peach, mushroom, cheese and sour cream, with a dash of white wine for the luck.  Rolled in batter, fried until golden, and served with rice and fried potatoes. Oh, and with a sprinkle of grated cheese on the top.
