A crispy leg of duck, with a slice of grilled duck liver, with steamed red cabbage, in red wine stewed prune, compote of cinnamon and vanilla parfumed apple and mashed potatoes.
HUNGARIAN CHICKEN PAPRIKASH WITH SOUR CREAM (without bone because of the children)
