Prepared by our excellent chefs with the breast of chicken, mushroom and lots of vegetables. Seasoned with fresh tarragon, leaf of bay and lemon. Light and very delicious.

STUFFED LEG OF CHICKEN
The leg of chicken was stuffed with an egg – champignon mushroom – goose liver, roll bread, parsley seasoned light filling, then baked in oven until crispy. Served with ‘rizi-bizi’- rice with steamed green peas.
