Aged in double barrels, which is first put into an 80 year old Unicum barrel, and than a Tokaj cellar barrel.

Homemade sausages, Bavarian sausage and Debrecen sausage with potatoes, onion, pepper, small tomatoes, garlic, rosemary. Served with a little bit of horseradish. Before and after a shot of Unicum Riserva is recommended.

The flank of pork was stuffed with an egg – champignon, roll bread, parsely seasoned light filling, then baked in oven until crispy.Served with parsely seasoned buttered potatoes.
